Borett Wines is an association of 10 small, family-owned organic wineries. It emphasises living soils, autochthonous varieties and low-intervention winemaking, in the belief that these elements reveal the country’s exciting and diverse terroirs. Borett Wines offers a wide range of mineral-rich whites, delicate reds and noble sweet Tokaj wines, reflecting Hungary’s winemaking traditions dating back to Roman times.
The Borett team will be represented at the fair by 8 members: Somlói Vándor, Bussay Winery, 2HA Winery, Barta Winery, SanzonTokaj, Filep Wines, Villa Sandahl and St. Donat Winery.
