Single-varietal wine from the winery’s benchmark grape variety, 2HA being the winery that introduced Sangiovese to Hungary. The vines are cultivated with low yields, the grapes are harvested by hand into 12 kg boxes, carefully selected both in the vineyard and before destemming. The vinification process is carried out with spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged in 225-liter barriques for 12 months, then bottled without clarification or filtration. It undergoes a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging before being released to the market.
