2HA Winery – Courage, 2019

The estate’s top wine is a blend of four grape varieties. The vines are cultivated with limited yields, harvested separately by hand in 12 kg boxes and carefully selected both in the vineyard and before destemming. Vinification takes place separately for each variety, with spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Ageing takes place in small 225-litre barriques for 13 to 16 months, depending on the variety. After ageing, the master blend is racked into wooden vats and left there for a few months. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration.
