Pale straw yellow in colour. The nose is dominated by elderflower, citrus fruits and juicy grapes. On the palate, it has a dry, lively acidity, an elegant, light body, a rich, fruity taste and a long finish. We recommend it with salads, fish and white poultry, homemade cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
