The crisp and intense minerality is evident on the nose, with orange peel and pear followed by hints of oaky vanilla and cedarwood. The layered and creamy texture brings out the quince, dried apricot, green apple, jackfruit, and mango on the palette. The mouth-watering salinity gives good structure and body that makes for a balanced, refreshing and complex wine. The lingering finish of grapefruit skin with tropical fruits makes for an enjoyable experience.
