풀레키 토카이 에스테이트는 토카이 언덕 기슭과 보드로그강 유역에 있는 마을인 Bodrogkeresztúr보드로그케레스투르에 있는 현대적인 감각을 지닌 장인 와이너리 입니다. 보드로그케레스투르는 토카이 와인 생산 지역의 마을일 뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 유명한 순례지이자 황새가 가장 좋아하는 둥지이기도 합니다. 풀레키의 와인 브랜드 중 하나는 실제로 퓰롭이라는 현지 황새의 이름을 따서 명명되었습니다. 판매 수익금은 새를 보호하기 위한 황새 둥지 스탠드 및 전기 단열재 제작 지원에 사용됩니다. 이 와이너리의 와인은 대부분 해외로 수출되며 전 세계 미슐랭 스타 레스토랑에서 만나볼 수 있습니다. 오너인 Lovas 로바스 가문은 현재 에스테이트 센터와 게스트 하우스로 사용되고 있는 18세기 풀레키 맨션을 개조 및 복원했습니다. 그들의 와인은 수상 경력이 있는 현대적인 프레스 하우스에서 만들어집니다. 풀레키 에스테이트 와인은 싱글빈야드 포도밭에서 레이트 하베스트를 거치며 그들의aszú 아스주 와인은 아름다운 균형감과 우아함이 특징입니다.
