Grand Tokaj Classic Selection Furmint Semi-Sweet, 2022

Tokaj’s dominant grape variety is a semi-sweet interpretation: a flavoursome, mineral and easy to drink wine. Aromas of white-fleshed peach, late-summer pears and white flowers, with refreshing flavours of ripe orchard fruit and citrus. The meeting of juicy citrus fruit, fresh floral honey and Tokaj minerality make the palate incredibly exciting. It has a lovely sweet mouthfeel complemented by complex and crisp acidity despite the hot vintage. A free-flowing, persistent, generous wine, a genuine representation of the wine region in a graceful style. Long and delicious.
