The fully fermented wine was cooled, racked and then aged for 24 months in small Hungarian and French oak barrels. The wine has an amazing nose of quince and honey, but with the freshness of salted lemon. The minerality combined with the fresh sweetness creates a perfect balance in this sweet wine.
